Every project begins with a Discovery Call and Onsite Visit to understand your goals, evaluate the space, and determine the best path forward. Depending on the scope of the project, we may recommend a Pre-Construction Agreement to develop drawings, collaborate with trade partners, refine design details, and establish a realistic project budget.

Once the project scope is finalized, we prepare a detailed estimate and guide you through material selections, scheduling, and construction. Throughout the process, we provide proactive communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful project management so you can feel confident every step of the way.

NEW BUILDS

Whether you're building a custom home or planning an addition, our role is to bring clarity, organization, and alignment to a complex process.

Like our remodel projects, every new build begins with a Discovery Call and Onsite Visit. From there, we coordinate closely with architects, engineers, designers, and trade partners to ensure every aspect of the project is thoughtfully planned before construction begins. Because of this collaboration, all new build projects begin with a Pre-Construction Agreement.

Once planning is complete, we move into estimating, selections, scheduling, and construction management. Our goal is to serve as your advocate throughout the process - providing clear communication, realistic budgets, and a seamless experience from concept to completion.
